President James Kiko called the meeting to order at 7:00PM at the township hall with Trustee Timothy Blocher present.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Kiko moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last meeting & approve as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Blocher. Approved. Financial reports approved as printed.
Paris Community Association Resolution 26-19
Mr. Blocher made a motion, seconded by Mr. Kiko to approve donating $100.00 to the Paris Community Association for the Memorial Day Parade. Upon a vote, Mr. Kiko – Aye, Mr. Blocher – Aye. Approved.
Road Superintendent Todd Kirkpatrick reported replacing culverts. Patching continues and started mowing along roads. Will be replacing culvert at Surrey Dr. He also said stream along Whitacre Ave. is encroaching toward road near Market Ave. Ditches in New Franklin were cleaned out.
Mr. Blocher reported several properties in need of grass being mowed. He will be contacting health department again.
Mr. Kiko reported bait will be spread throughout township to vaccinate animal for rabies this week.
Paris Flag Pole
Mr. Kiko said the Sandy Creek Joint Fire District fixed the flag pole on the Paris square.

Mr. Kiko reported the fire district is cutting the staff from 4 employees to 3 employees to respond to EMS & Fire calls at the station 24/7.
No further business, Mr. Kiko made a motion, seconded by Mr. Blocher to adjourn and pay bills totally $4,672.44. Approved.
