President Michael Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00PM at the township hall with Trustees James Kiko & Reginald Stoltzfus present.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Kiko moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last meeting & approve as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Stoltzfus. Approved. Financial reports approved as printed.
Road Superintendent Mike Bondoni reported mowing back along Whitacre Ave. They have started ditching & berming along Whitacre also. The road crew has removed the tree leaning over Crowl St. He said the county engineer has postponed the closure of Telpahak St. for two weeks. New roads signs were put up for Rummell, Stucky & Baymount. The crew installed nine foundations at Liberty Cemetery.
The township will follow ODOT recommendations for “Children at Play” signs and others such signs.
Mr. Kiko reported checking on purchasing a wood chipper to cut back trees along roads. He will continue to look for a chipper.
Railroad Crossing signs & no engine brakes
Mr. Stewart said he contacted the county engineer concerning the railroad crossing on Paris Ave. near Wynngate. The appropriate signs will be installed by the county. Mr. Kiko will contact ODOT requesting a “No Engine Brake” sign west of Minerva where the speed limit drops to 40 mph.
Mr. Stoltzfus said Paris Ave. east of Autumn Ave. needs widened because vehicles have gone into the ditch at that location. Trustees will see what can be done.
Mr. Kiko made a motion, seconded by Mr. Stoltzfus, to go into executive session to discuss personnel at 8:12pm. Upon a vote, Mr. Stoltzfus – Aye, Mr. Stewart – Aye. Mr. Kiko – Aye. Approved.

No further business, Mr. Kiko made a motion, seconded by Mr. Stoltzfus to adjourn and pay bills totally $14,271.69. Approved. Meeting adjourned.
