President Reginald Stoltzfus called the meeting to order at 7:00PM at the township hall with Trustees Michael Stewart & James Kiko present.
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Stewart moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the last meeting & approve as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Kiko. Approved. Financial reports approved as printed.
Road Report
Mr. Kirkpatrick reported tree trimming is complete. Patching roads & mowing along roads continues. He is to fix issues with driveways on Baird Ave. A discussion was held concerning a residence problem with trucks driving through lawn. Mr. Stoltzfus and Mr. Kirkpatrick are to meet with ODOT concerning Stimmell St. ditches on Wednesday morning.
New Franklin Community Association
Mr. Stewart talked to officials of the New Franklin Community Association concerning the township taking over the park. He will meet with them again to discuss issues.
Vacating Alleys
Trustees decided to ask Stark County Commissioners to vacate some alleys in Paris Township located in Paris & New Franklin.
Grants
Mr. Stoltzfus reported researching grants. The grants were for propane powered vehicles only.
Paris Vacate Home
Mr. Stewart to ask health department concerning a vacate home in Paris.
No further business, Mr. Stewart made a motion, seconded by Mr. Kiko to adjourn and pay bills totally $108,288.04. Approved.
