President James Kiko called the meeting to order at 7:00PM at the
township hall with Trustees Timothy Blocher & Michael Stewart
Approval of Minutes
Mr. Stewart moved to dispense with the reading of the minutes of
the last meeting & approve as submitted. Seconded by Mr. Blocher.
Approved. Financial reports approved as printed.
Road Superintendent Todd Kirkpatrick reported working on Surrey Dr.
beginning on Oct. 1, 2019. Replaced a culvert on Freed St. and
moving along roads continues. A tractor radio needs repaired.
Tire for the 2010 one ton truck will cost $1,496.64. The 2010 dump
truck needs new shocks. Some trees need trimmed back and ash trees
need cut down along roads.
Mr. Rocco asked if the township removes dead deer from along roads.
Trustees said the deer are moved off the road not removed to
Mr. Stewart is to tell Lucking Trucking to remove the
transportation cost from the refuse contract for scrap metal.
Trustees are considering only allowing three large items per year
for dump pass holders.
Mobile Home Scrapping
Mr. Kiko is looking into scrapping out of mobile homes along Robertsville Ave.
No further business, Mr. Kiko made a motion, seconded by Mr.
Stewart to adjourn and pay bills totally $48,690.76. Approved.
